This year, our school once again participated in the national reading contest organized by theGerman Language School Conference. We are
The German Saturday School (Deutsche Samstagsschule Houston) that depends on your help in order to continue our activites – be it volunteering for our library (librarian, setup – check in and out), school activities and parties (honor day, Oktoberfest, lantern festival, christmas market) or in the classroom (room parent, reading program, reading help).
Like most 501(c)(3) nonprofit schools, DSH relies on financial support from parents and friends to offset operating expenses. Tax-deductible donations are essential to the ongoing health of DSH, as they help fund various initiatives that improve the educational program for all students.
